Return Policy

T&G Allsports strives to provide the best service and customer satisfaction to every one of our valued customers.  In the event that a return is necessary, we will accept and refund purchases under the following conditions:

• All items must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
• All items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
• All items must be unopened and in the original packing.
• Returns of opened or used products will be accepted in the event of a product defect provided it is within 60 days of purchase. 
• All returns being mailed in must first obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling 770-460-7700.
• Any items being shipped back to us should be addressed to the store location

• There is no restocking fee; however the customer is responsible for any costs incurred when shipping the returned item back to T&G Allsports.
• Footwear may be returned as long as it has not been worn outside.
• Returns meeting all of the required criteria will be offered an exchange or refund to the original method of payment.
